In Chemainus there’s a sign on Willow street that says “Secret Garden”. Naturally, I followed the sign. There really is a little secret garden in the courtyard behind the shops. There are gigantic tree-balls, lights, sculptured bushes (one of the cuter ones was a pair of harbour seals with ceramic heads).
I love when people put so much effort into making something special for people to see…something a little bit magical.
