There was a fire in our condo building last night. It was on the opposite side of the building so we were okay. J and I were out front waiting for my Mom and we saw it start. I called 911 and J went back into the building to chase people out. The thing is, we’ve had a lot of false alarms lately and people are starting to ignore them.
Not a good idea. I have no voice this morning because I spent so much time yelling at residents to leave the building. Crazy.
The fire department and their volunteers were really great.
